| Q:
What are the requirements to go Greek? |
A: To go through recruitment
you need 12 college credit hours and a 2.25 GPA on a college
campus. This means that Advance Placement (AP) Courses or
placing into a higher-level class and receiving credit for
lower classes does not count towards the 12 hours.
|
| Q:
What should I be doing during the fall? |
A: Fall quarter is your opportunity
to check out as many chapters as you can in an informal
environment. Get to know the men of each chapter and it
will make your decision even easier during winter recruitment.
Not only will you get to know the chapter men, but they
will get to know you as well.

| Q:
Does joining a fraternity negatively affect my grades? |
A: Lambda Chi has study tables
and other methods of positive and negative re-enforcement
to help improve your grades. Usually those members that
live in the house have a higher average GPA than those outside
of the chapter house.
|
| Q:
Do I have to live in the fraternity house? |
A: It is encouraged to live
in the chapter house due to not only creating a closer friendship
with your brothers but also making sure that you don't miss
out on the random activities that occur. Living in the fraternity
house however, is not required.
|
| Q:
What does joining a fraternity cost? |
A: Lambda Chi Alpha's average
chapter dues are anywhere between $250-350 depending on
the quarter. These dues cover dinner twice a week as well
as the majority of activities we participate in throughout
the year. Visit the "Why
join Lambda Chi" page to see a break down of cost.

| Q:
Are there opportunities for me to increase in my leadership
skills within the fraternity? |
A: Absolutely. The fraternity
offers officer positions anywhere from Secretary, or Risk
Manager all the way to Vice President or even President!
